Can anyone weight in on your Bahamas experiences of late? Specifically, anyone who can compare the "One And Only" resort experience to the Cove Atlantis in terms of amenities and service. Or, make another suggestion.... Thanks!

There's really no comparison. Even with the best at Atlantis, you're not going to reach the level of service and amenities you'll get at One and Only. I know that Atlantis has some very exclusive residences, but One and Only only has about 100 rooms and villas to serve in their entire operation, so that's really the essence of the difference. And One and Only is far more exclusive and the service is at the level of a true 5-star hotel.
Plus, if you really want a meal or take part in some activities at Atlantis, One and Only runs a shuttle bus to and from Atlantis on a regular basis. So, if you stay at One and Only, you really can get the best of both worlds.

MMMT, If you don't mind me asking, what are you looking for specifically? Peace and quiet and relaxation? or lots of fun and excitement?
As you probably know, Atlantis and One and Only are purposefully engineered to have different feelings -- even though they are owned by the same parent company.
Are you particularly attached to the Bahamas? or are you open to other suggestions in the Caribbean?

If you have kids, they'll enjoy the Cove more than they'll enjoy the One and Only. On the other, I know a few people who have said that the food and drinks at the Cove are overpriced and the service is not as good as it should be. If you don't have kids, I think the One and Only will probably suit you better.

If you book One&Only Ocean Club through a Virtuoso agent (it's not FHR), you'll also receive a complimentary Full Breakfast for two daily.
