Dining Out Restaurants in Vail

I'd recommend Sweet Basil. It's a beautiful and glamorous New American restaurant that you will absolutely love. Their wine list is phenomenal and the food is some of the best in all of Vail. Be sure to ask for a table with a view of the creek. I would make a reservation as soon as possible if you want to get in, as it is often fully booked during the high season. You can eat at the bar at any time of day is good if you want something more casual.

La Tour is also fantastic if you're up for French fare. They also have a bar that you can eat at if you can't get a table. You'll also need to make reservations far in advance here as well.

Both are dressy-casual dining, so you can't go wrong with either one after a day on the slopes.
