My wife and I will be in Dublin from April 16th-22d. Any recommendations for restaurants, especially seafood, and pubs with tradional Irish folk music?

For seafood, I can definitely recommend The Lobster Pot to you. Elegant and quite lovely. It would be difficult to find a better place for seafood in the Dublin. http://www.thelobsterpot.ie/
The Four Seasons has the most spectacular Irish restaurant named, "Seasons." Yes, it is pricey, but it is one of the best restaurants in the entire city and it is wonderful. If you can, I would go there for brunch. You won't be disappointed.
But, the best restaurant in the city in my opinion is Thorton's Restaurant at the Fitzwilliam Hotel. Very, very expensive, but well worth it if you are celebrating a special occasion. http://www.thorntonsrestaurant.com/
As for the best places for lunch in terms of food, there's the Tea Room, http://www.theclarence.ie/tearoom-restaurant and The Mermaid Café. http://www.mermaid.ie/ You can't go wrong with the Mermaid Café's prixed fixe lunch. Both places are also great dinner options as well.
I didn't come across any pubs that were particularly memorable, so I'm afraid I can't help you much in that area.
