If anyone has any restaurants in Tuscany that they would highly recommend, I'd love to hear about them. Any price range is fine as long as the food is excellent.

Buca Lapi in Firenze is consistently excellent - the steaks are outstanding.

Arnolfo Ristorante in Colle di Val d'Elsa, Siena is brilliant. Very innovative dishes that are beautifully presented and a fabulous wine list. Really a wonderful treat.

My family lives in the area around Montevarchi. When I was last there we had a FABOLOUS dinner at a restaurant not too far away from there called "Il Canto del Maggio", http://www.cantodelmaggio.com/. I highly recommend the dining "Al Fresco" and the wonderful Bistecca alla Fiorentina!
