Deborah - with respect to Eze Village, you might want to read my post on Extravigator.com of January 20, 2008, in the discussion entitled "Rooms With the Best Views in the World." Also, I'd suggest making sure that you spend some time in Avignon and Arles on your trip!

When in Saint-Paul-de-Vence , do not miss the extraordinary museum, the Fondation Maeght, www.fondation-maeght.com. The Marguerite and Aimé Maeght Foundation is a private museum of modern and contemporary art with works by Giacometti, Miró , Chaggall and Braque to name a few. It is truly a magnificent place with art in the gardens as well.
Also visit the stunning Les Beaux de Provence and the town of Saint Rémy if you can, 2 lovely locations.
Have a nice trip! -

If you go to the Fondation Maeght, which is not to be missed, drive right up to the museum past all the parking down below. If you don't the walk is relatively far and up hill.
The sculptures on permanent display are incredable. Bring lots of film, since it is a real photo op.
