Good Wine Bars in New York City

    I wanted to know if anyone here had any recommendations for good wine bars in New York City. Preferably one that doesn't get too crowded and isn't too noisy. Let me know if you've been to any that you'd recommend. Thanks!

    Check out WIne Spectator's Dec 31 '07-Jan 15 '08 edition. It had a list of the "10 Wine Bars" in NYC.

    I can list them for you if you like, but a couple I have heard good things about: 'inoteca @ 98 Rivington & Bar Jamon @ 125 E. 7th (tends to get crowded though).

    Is it the same list as this one from Wine Spectator's New York Wine Bar Guide?

    Looks like they published it a few weeks before that issue came out!
