I recommend the Hotel Pulitzer. The location is magnificent and the quality of service and food is excellent.

De Kas is a stunning restaurant to the south of the city. You should book and get a taxi there. You won't be disappointed.
There isn't much of culture of brunch in Europe. De Kas serves lunch but open at 12:00.
