Dining Out Best warm weather restaurants, Istanbul

For me, there's no better place to enjoy a wonderful, outdoor dining experience than at the Tuğra Restaurant, which is located in the Ciragan Palace Hotel, in Istanbul. During the summer, with extremely-talented musicians playing Turkish music softly in the background, you can have a delicious dinner on the "summer terrace," with a beautiful view of the Bosphorus at night:
