I'm planning a trip to Barcelona in a few months time. The city and region is well-known for its gastronomy and I would like to take the opportunity to explore this further. Does anyone know of any new gastronomical experiences (could be a restaurant, but not necessarily) that I should check out? Anything new and hot going on in or around Barcelona?

I'm not merely looking for restaurant tips, but want to examine the new, pioneering, innovative and creative in the area of gastronomy in Barcelona. Thankful for all tips!
